Water is a crucial nutrient for all living beings. This applies a plant or an animal. Even some non living things need water to survive. Generally those non living things come from a living things that needed water before it became the object.
The human body is mostly water. Skin, hair, cell renewal and blood pressure suffer when the body does not get water. We lose water when we exercise or move. We lose water when the body sweats. We lose water to evaporation.
From the beginning the body starts drying out. Most don’t notice until they are thirsty. If you are thirsty you are dehydrated already.
Many people are not very water friendly.Many of their everyday complaints can be remedied by getting hydrated. Women often complain of dry static hair with static. Get hydrated, drink extra water on dry days. Keep hydrated in hot or cold weather. Many people complain of pungent, dark colored urine. The fix for that, get hydrated.
Adding water when you don’t drink water is a little tricky. You have to train your mind to get water to get hydrated, the way you would follow a doctor’s prescription. Many people are trying to stay healthy. Water is the fountain of youth.

Baths & Showers
A shower or bath is a great way to get hydrated Think of shower or bath or conditioner vs deep conditioner loaded with extra good stuff!
When you take a shower the water runs along the skin’s surface quickly. This does not give the skin a chance to absorb much but keeps it watered often. Apply a homemade skin conditioner to seal the moisture into skin.
Taking a bath puts the body into the water. This gives the body a chance drink heavily. Essential oils when added to warm water get absorbed into the skin. Try vitamin E and mint oil together for a nourishing and invigorating bath time.
Vitamin E, Rose and Mint Bath and Shower Oil
* 5 oz high grade Vitamin E oil
* 1 oz Rose Oil
* 1 oz Mint or Eucalyptus Oil-both give off vapor much like homemade vapor/aromatherapy rubs. Use caution. Avoid eyes. Vapor becomes heavier
and more obnoxious with increased water temperature. Use good sense when using this aromatic oil combination
* 1 oz water-try using distilled to keep pure as possible
Mix all ingredients in a resealable non-porous bottle. Shake well before use. The layer of water should be so well mixed,that the mixture almost looks creamy. That is just water and air blended well into the oils. Use in a bath that is warm to hot but not too hot. 1 to 2 oz is sufficient. Stay submerged for at least one hour. Rub bath water into all areas of skin using stroking and massaging motions. Your skin should feel dewy when you get out. you should see beads of water rolling down your body. This oil can be put in a spray bottle and used after shower to seal the skin’s surface.
Note: Suffer skin inflammations, get hydrated and add 2 oz Tea Tree Oil–Tea Tree Oil has long been used to aid in skin ailments. It works really well when added to water. The skin gets a better distribution. Gently rub the affected areas. Do not vigorously or over rub the inflamed areas, you want to soothe not further agitate
Drink Beverages Made Directly from Water
No more store bought sodas and juice or canned soups. Make your own Lemonade, tea, or soup. With some small gadgets you can make your own home soda, free of artificial ingredients and made from your water and flavoring. NO preservatives or chemical flavors.
New Time Lemonade-Fruit Juice
* 8 oz of Water
* Fresh Squeezed Lemon juice to taste
* Honey to taste
This is one serving, you can drink 8 glasses of lemonade in a day right. Use other fresh gained fruit juice with Lemon or by itself–Mmmm, orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit-Bright Morning Punch.
Omit the water out and make a large batch of concentrate, pour into ice cube tray. Freeze. Put in zipper bag. Drop 1 to 2 in a glass of water. Or keep the concentrate in a bottle in the refrigerator and add it to plain bottled water.
Drink tea flavored with honey instead of sugar, without honey if you can. This gives the body a chance to use water without too many additives (ie sugar, colors, chemicals).
